Laboratorio Crudo Movimiento

This laboratory will address two areas of work: training and creation.

We will share different dynamics of movement and body exploration developed by CRUDO artistic collective, with the purpose of enabling the expressive capacity of the body, the uniqueness of the performer, and the collective relationship.

This movement practice is inspired by the power, agility, and problem-solving capacity of martial arts, the fluidity, somatic awareness, and expressiveness of dance, and the play and psychophysical exploration of theater.

Additionally, we will develop a brief creative process, where we will share choreographic composition tools and approach dance creation from an interdisciplinary and performative perspective.

At the end of the sessions, we will open the creation to the invited public.
